This will only be achieved if learning is done with process approach within e-le aning program, which integrates the elements of motion, audio, color , and image in the learning materials. With the e-
learning program, which integrates learning-by-doin g methods, the students are trained to design learning materials that are not limited only to the theories but also to the applications. This learning method is believed to develop an advanced intellectual giftedness because the learning becomes more interesting and meaningf ul. Therefore, the learning materials will be mastered (acquisitioned). This model of learning will also enables the development of a creative personality.
