ABSTRACT
We report the discovery of planet Kepler12b (KOI20), whic h at 1695 ±0030 R
J is among the handful
of planets with superinated radii above 165 R
J Orbiting its slightly evolved G0 host with a 4438day
period, this 0 431 ±0041 M
Jplanet is the leastirradiated within this largestplanet
radius group, which has
important implications for planetary physics The planet' s inated radius and low mass lead to a very low
density of 0 111 ±0010 g cm 3 We detect the occultation of the planet at a signicance of 3 7σ in the Kepler
bandpass This
